Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Email address — used to create and access your account. Provided by you at sign-up.
• Name — used to display your profile. Provided by you.
• Profile photo (optional) — if you choose to upload one, it is stored on our secure storage backend.
• Countdown and event content — the titles, dates, and descriptions you create in the app.
• Chat messages — messages you send in friend or group chats. Visible only to the people in that conversation.
• Push notification token — an Apple-issued device identifier used solely to deliver notifications you have opted into.
• Purchase history — records of subscription purchases and status, provided to us by our subscription processor (RevenueCat) and Apple.

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect precise or coarse location, contacts, health data, financial account information, browsing history, search history, audio, video, or your phone number.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers.

How we use your information

• To run the app's core features (accounts, countdowns, notifications, chat, subscription entitlement).
• To generate personalized daily affirmations using the Anthropic Claude API. Your goal titles and short prompts are sent to Anthropic to generate an affirmation; the affirmation text is returned and stored on your account.
• To communicate with you about the app when you contact us.

Third-party services we rely on

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — daily affirmation generation.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivering notifications.

Each of these services processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, countdowns, chats, and uploaded avatar within 30 days.

Children

321 Finish is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We do not use any custom cryptography.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
